Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your command center. Here's what each section does:
Analytics Panel
View real-time metrics including:
- Active users
- Response times
- Ticket resolution rates
- Customer satisfaction scores
Access all features from the sidebar:
- Articles — Manage your knowledge base
- Tickets — Handle support requests
- Conversations — View chat history
- Settings — Configure your workspace
Customization
You can customize your dashboard layout by dragging and dropping widgets. Click the gear icon to add or remove panels.
