Keep your profile up to date for the best experience.
Update your:
- Display Name — How others see you
- Email Address — Used for notifications and login
- Phone Number — Optional, for two-factor authentication
- Bio — A short description about yourself
Notification Preferences
Control what notifications you receive:
- Email notifications for new tickets
- Push notifications for chat messages
- Weekly summary reports
- Marketing communications (optional)
